TISD will continue to support school Chromebooks when they have issues that need to be diagnosed and repaired. Students with Chromebook issues will be checked out a spare Chromebook to use while the original Chromebook is in a diagnosis and repair process.
Please contact Mrs. Susan Burkhart, Technology Director, to begin the diagnosis and repair process with any Chromebook issues.
Chromebooks with issues will be turned in during the meal pick up time (Monday-Friday 11:00 am-12:30 pm) at the ES-MS Cafetorium. Spare Chromebooks will be distributed to students at this same time/location. This process can take 1-2 days depending on the timing of notifying Mrs. Burkhart and the processing of the repair request.
