Chad Richter Selected as Hero for Children!

Chad Richter has been selected as a 2020 Heroes for Children award recipient! The State Board of Education established the Heroes for Children award program which recognizes Texas residents who render selfless acts of service by offering their time, effort, and support to public schools and students. We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your children with the LEEP After School Program for Thrall ISD students in PreKindergarten through 6th grades again in the 2020-21 school year!
